5v Buck converter circuit design using LTC3112 DC converter

Using the LTC3112 fixed frequency synchronous buck-boost DC DC can be designed various DC DC converters power applications .

The unique 4-switch, single inductor architecture provides low noise and seamless operation from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage.

With an input range of 2.7V to 15V, the LTC3112 is well suited for a wide variety of single or multiple cell battery, backup capacitor or wall adapter source applications.
This DC DC converter electronic project , based on the LTC3112 converter circuit , will provide a fixed output voltage of 5 volts at a maximum output current of 1.5 ampere .

For this DC DC converter you will need to use up to three lithium ion cells batteries . The minimum input voltage that is required by this electronic project is at least 4.5 volts ( if you want to obtain the maximum ratings ) , but you can use a minimal input voltage down to 3 volt .
